  2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
  3. We shall not be liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

  1. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. These are subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy.
  2. We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display.
  3. We reserve the right to:
    • Limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
    • Limit quantities of products or services offered.
    • Discontinue any product at any time.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

  1. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this App.
  2. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  3. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
  4. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Payment Refund Policy

In most cases, No refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

Multiple payments for same services. A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure. Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

NOTE   - For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction number and order no. for future reference and request for any type of Refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the KakshaExpress.

Cancellation Policy
We believes in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the KakshaExpress marketing team has given special offers on for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like Holi, Diwali, specific examination etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
